Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other US states, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.

FetchBack does not sell or share your personal information. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have, and we have no plans to.

The only parties we share data with are the service providers required to operate FetchBack (such as our AI provider, search provider, database host, and hosting infrastructure), each bound by a data processing agreement. You can review the full list in the Privacy Policy.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, no action is strictly required to protect you. If you would still like to document your opt-out preference, use the button below. We will record it on this device and disable optional analytics where applicable.

Other ways to exercise your rights

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email privacy@fetchback.ai or use the in-app tools in Settings → Privacy and Settings → Danger Zone. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.
